Life at Villa Roubia Hotel & Spa
When weather allows, days can begin with breakfast on the garden terrace or otherwise in the generous dining room. Early risers are welcome to enjoy the pool or fitness room, or the local open spaces for walks, runs or cycling - while others savour the gentle pace of the morning.
The day then flows between relaxation, excursions, vineyard visits, and gourmet picnics (prepared by us on request) - or even the spa.

Take time to do nothing at all. Read. Rest. Or indulge in our CODAGE Spa, yoga sessions (on request), and wellness activities.
Dining & snacks – homemade, light, and fresh
Fresh salads, cheese and charcuterie boards, speciality cakes, local aperitifs and oysters from Guissan and Leucate, and when available - our evening dinner menu.
As the day draws to a close, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim, a friendly game of pétanque, or a leisurely aperitif accompanied by a platter of oysters from Bouzigues. During the winter months, early evenings unfold in the warm and refined atmosphere of our lounge beside the fireplace.
As night falls, Villa Roubia takes on new shades and a different rhythm. It is time to savour dinner on the terrace beneath the stars or in the intimate comfort of the lounge.
